Greetings,

New issue as of a few days ago.

Splits: https://imgur.com/R8eGLNZ

Trigger's splits selection: https://imgur.com/p0AI0l5

Expected output: the trigger selection window should show all available split screens, but only shows two from the left (N.B. the left screen has another, small, split on the bottom there which is unable to be selected; none of the middle or right options are avaiable).

Began just a few days ago; had been working optimally until then.

Just this morning I updated to the latest version, as it prompted to do so, Pro 9.7 (Beta 5). I rolled back to not-Beta to test, and still transpired.

Please advise. Thank you,

Thanks for the heads up, looks like a bug with the monitor selector window. Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Greetings!

Thank you for the response!

I regret to inform you that this very morning I was unable to change my profile due to another error (not the topic of this thread, only providing information as to why I had to switch to beta!).

An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration. Please check your settings and try again.Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 87][System.Exception]

I upgraded to the beta and luckily my profiles worked again. Therefore, this file is from the beta. I am afraid to revert back to non-beta as I cannot lose my profiles now during the workday, but could do this in a few hours if needed.

Thank you again for the response--I hope my troubleshooting log helps!

No worries at all, you can stay on the beta! Could you attach a backup of your settings as well? (Settings > Options > Export)

Thanks!

Thanks! I was able to reproduce that issue here as well and we've added it to our list to fix up for the next beta :)

We've just released a new DisplayFusion Beta version and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
