When I start a program, I can let it move to a specific window. However, how can I move it to a specific part of a 'split' window (e.g. the up left when the monitor is solit in 2 vertical and 2 horizontal parts)
You can create a Custom Function for whichever location you like (http://www.displayfusion.com/KB/CustomFunctions/), and then in the Window Location rule, choose "Run Function on Window" as the Action, and choose your Custom Function from the list
