Occasionally my start buttons will stop function on all 3 monitors and i cant quite work out what is triggering it. I have attached the bug info in the hope someone can work out what the cause is? Thank you. I have tried killing and restarting DisplayFusion but its still happening and normally i have to restart the PC for it to function again

Maybe once or twice a month. I will need to watch out for what i have done just before i notice to try and work out what is causing it. Is there anything in the log that might give me a hint?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there's nothing in the log that we can go off of at the moment. This will be tough to pin down if it's happening that infrequently. The next time the issue happens, can you try enabling logging, and then pressing the start button a few times to make sure it gets picked up? I'll put some detailed steps on how to enable loggin below:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!
