My vision isn't as good as it once was, and I use the Windows Appearance settings to make words in menus, title bars, etc. large enough so that I can read them without hunching toward the screen. I've noticed recently that in my XP Pro SP3 (yeah, I know!), the latest version of DF doesn't widen the Start button when I widen the text (by choosing, for instance, Extra Large Fonts in Appearance). I get the word "Start" on my main monitor, where Windows controls the button, but I only get "Sta" on the buttons of monitors 2 & 3, where DF controls them. Is there a way to stretch the button size hrizontally in DF?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to manually increase the size, but it should be doing it automatically. I've added this to our list, and we'll post an update as soon as we're able to get it fixed up.

Thanks!

Thanks, Keith.

A postscript: the Start buttons on mons 2 and 3 don't grow vertically OR horizontallywhen I enlarge the system font to the max (Properties>Appearance>Font Size: Extra Large) without setting individual bar and font sizes. Wait. Maybe that's it. I have to change some button-size setting in Appearance>Advanced. Nope, that couldn't be it or the button wouldn't be the right height and width on the main mon taskbar. Here's a shot from mon 3.

I really appreciate your thinking about this obviously trivial problem. DF is absolutely great in my books.

Just one final note, Keith,

The taskBAR itself is the right height on 2 and 3, but neither the icons nor the Start button have enlarged on 2 and 3. Whatever is keeping the system tray icons small on 2 and 3 is also keeping the Start button small, though the TEXT on the Start button is as large on 2 and 3 as on 1.

Thanks! We should hopefully have this issue fixed up for Beta 7. I'll let you know as soon as it's available to try out.

We've just released DisplayFusion 5.0 Beta 8 (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/), and this should be all fixed up.

Thanks!

Now THAT's funny! I see your work as an unending string of problems; most of them minor, most of them solvable, but problem is the name of the game.
