Hey there, this issue has been plaguing me for awhile and I've been trying to just wait it out and see if a fix happened before submitting it.. no luck so far.

I have a 1080p 144hz monitor alongside a 4k monitor. When I press the start menu button on the taskbar or the windows key to open the start menu, my start menu appears in the wrong position (as pictured). I can repeat clicking the button again and again and it will behave the same, appearing offset in the middle of the screen. Changing the position of my monitor's alignment affects where the start menu appears.

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
  • Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!

Thanks! I don't see anything suspicious in the Troubleshooting info. Could you send me a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
