Hey all, having some wierd issues with my start menu moving around.
Once it happens, screen 2 of 3 looses its taskbar. Screen three and one have the floating start menu on screen one only.

Any help would be awsome.

George

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
  • Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks! Can you check the Windows Task Manager to see if there are any "nvsmartmaxapp" processes running?

Ahhhhhh !!!

Cheers Keith, once you pointed out that service. Did some digging and it seems its been a Nvidia co-operation issue for some time.
Did the same as some others in the past and renamed both..

nvsmartmaxapp.exe
nvsmartmaxapp64.exe

Including the respected .DLL file.

Within "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Display"

Restarted and bosh, all working with no issues. Doing some testing but seems all good :) 8)

Awesome, glad to hear it! A driver update will cause those to come back, but if you disable the "Don't check NVIDIA processes" option in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings (gets set if you click No when prompted to disable them), then DF will prompt to disable them if it detects them again in the future :)
