if i click on something to set focus to the monitor, then press the WIN key, it works correctly
if i continue to click, it will shrink by double each time

This is a bug related to the monitors having a different scaling level. It's currently on our list to fix up, so I've added your info to the open ticket. We'll be sure to let you know when it's all fixed up.
