Just updated to DisplayFusion 9.0 Beta 1 and its already fixed a few minor bugs I was seeing. The multi-DPI support is very obviously improved and I've already noticed various minor improvements to cosmetic aspects. Start Menu handling on secondary displays has often been a bit flakey for me and now seems much more stable. To that effect, am reporting the one issue I am noticing, which I think was present on older releases but I just had never gotten around to reporting it.
In short, the Start Menu will not be correctly aligned to the Start button itself when opening on secondary displays in some configurations. See attached screenshot. Note I am using Start10 which might be relevant.
Keep up the great work!

You have your screenshot 'Protected' so users cannot see it (staff can). But, "Note I am using Start10 which might be relevant." the easiest way to test if Start 10 has anything to do with your problem is to shut it down and then see how the Start menu aligns.
