I check the "Start With Windows" box and check the "Apply" box on the bottom but "Display Fusion" never starts with Windows 7....

Are using Revo Uninstaller by any chance? We had another customer with a similar issue and it was caused by Revo Uninstaller. If not, could you check to see if there is a DisplayFusion registry value in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Thanks!

I have no Revo and the registry says "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\DisplayFusion REG_SZ C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFurion\DisplayFusion.exe". Do you have any other suggestions?

Strange! Does the DisplayFusion.exe process show up in Task Manager at all?

After a restart, nothing related to DisplayFusionis in the Task Manager. While watching the Task Manager and I click on the DisplayFusion desk top icon, a DisplayFusion.exe process starts along with a DisplayFusion.Command process. The Display Fusion.Command process goes away and DisplayFusion runs on my PC and DisplayFusion.exe remains in the Task Manager. I am using separate wall paper folders on two monitors set to change every 15 mins. When they don't change, I realize that DisplayFusion isn't running and have to start it by using the desk top icon.

Ok, was just wondering if it was trying to start and then hanging, but it sounds like it's not. Could you try a couple of things?
  • Try coping the DisplayFusion shortcut to Start > All Programs > Startup
  • Try uninstalling DisplayFusion (no need to remove the settings and such), then reinstalling it to a different folder
Thanks!

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion Discussions, this topic is being marked as Complete as it hasn't received a response for more than 30 days. If you're still having trouble and would like some help, just let me know!
