After coming back from vacation steam will not follow monitor splits. It will just fullscreen completely. It worked before I left, I don't know if it was a steam update or DF. Steam isn't running as admin, and all other programs are working correctly with splits.

I'm having the same issue on Steam as well, friends list, chat, store page, all of it.

Two things, first the beta made no differance in my testing. Steam windows still ignore my monitor settings.

Second your email notifaction system includes both url tags in the text and includes the ending url tag in the hyperlink. Also you cant include url tags in code or inline code blocks. It complains about not having a closing tag.
