Re: Windows 8 Pro x64 + DisplayFusion 4.2 beta 1 + Classic Shell Start Menu 3.61
What an excellent feature to mirror on DF Taskbar the Start Menu Classic Shell generates!
On my system the secondary monitor is in portrait mode and I have arrayed Multi-Monitor Taskbar accordingly, also set to Auto-hide. To my eye the new Windows 8 logo / Start button touches the very top of the vertical Taskbar. [See attached pic.] I am thinking it would look a lot better were it offset down — perhaps an eighth of an inch or possibly the same pixel count as the actual Start orb of Windows 7.
This is an aesthetic not a functional consideration.
On a related note, when I first set up DisplayFusion on Windows 8 Pro I was using the default theme for the title bar icons and found them almost indistinct and rather ugly in black outline. Then I discovered the Aero theme; what a good move to include that option. Again, to my eye, the Aero theme greatly clarifies each icon and simply looks handsome. Well done!

P.S. Otherwise I am finding 4.2 beta 1 and 8 Pro very compatible.

We've just released 4.2 Beta 3, and the Start button should now have padding on the top when the taskbar is on the side.
Thanks!
