I did a search in "Discussions" to see if I could find something current .. newest [most recent?] was in 2014 or so .. I have a Surface Book i5 and want to connect my Ausus monitor - but the difference between the two is horrible .. and I cannot adjust it so that I can have a 'normal' or manageable view to work with ..
-
the surface is too small .. and the when I connect the monitor it doesn't adjust far enough down so I can see a program properly [Photoshop / Lightroom, etc] .. any recommended settings I can use to at least work with this setup?

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info so that I can see how it's configured right now?

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Everything looks ok in the troubleshooting info. Any chance you could attach a photo, or screenshots of the issue?

Thanks!
