Unfortunately it isn't possible to have a screen saver running on just one screen while you work on different screens. As for disabling a monitor, that could cause other issues if just one screen gets turned on/off automatically, sorry.

I can see why it'd be difficult to enable screensavers on only one screen, but why is it difficult to enable/disable a specific monitor? Before I purchased DisplayFusion I was trialing UltraMon and this had the ability (a menu switch) to do this.
Sorry, I thought you meant shutting of a monitor automatically when it isn't being used. It is definitely possible to manage monitors from applications in Windows, and this feature is planned for DisplayFusion in version 3.3.
