Can you check the Settings > Functions tab to make sure that "Enable TitleBar Buttons" is enabled?

Thanks! It looks like they're enabled, but no buttons are configured. If you select the Function in the list, then click the "Toggle TitleBar Button" button, and apply the settings, that should fix it up
