This problem looks similar to other problems, but it's slightly different.

Sometimes the move to display button starts flashing trough other windows. It appears for a second, and disappears again, but it keeps repeating. When I click the button, the window the button belongs to shows up, and then the problem is solved.

Can you post a screenshot of the problem? I'm having a hard time picturing the window layering involved. Is the window that belongs to the rogue buttons behind another window, and the buttons are appearing in-front of the top window?

If I see this behaviour again, i'll try to make a screenshot (I get this quite regular).

That is indeed the case, but it is flashing in regular intervals of about 1 second, not stable showing.

Can you also try updating to the latest beta:

It has a number of important bug fixes related to the TitleBar Buttons. Thanks!

In an effort to cleanup the DisplayFusion forum, this topic is being locked and archived because it applies to an older version of DisplayFusion. If you are using the latest version of DisplayFusion and would still like some assistance, please create a new topic and I'll be happy to help you out. There are also beta versions available for testing the latest features and bug fixes:
