My taskbar (set to auto-hide) is always behind an application unless I specifically press the windows key. If I mouse to the bottom of the screen, it will will come up behind the application I have in front. Example: See attached picture. This is an issue with Chrome, Spotify, Steam, Slack, Paint, Office, etc - pretty much all programs. I have 'Show taskbar in front of full screen application when they lose focus' checked in Taskbar section of DisplayFusion settings. I have tried:

-Setting taskbar to always show
-Disabling multi-taskbar
-Unchecked, applied, rechecked 'Show taskbar in front of full screen application when they lose focus' option

This issue only occurs when I have one monitor active and it will occur on the primary monitor when I have two active. I also only get the context menu for the taskbar on the working, secondary screen. My log is also attached

So this is always happening on the monitor that has the Windows taskbar? (The taskbar that doesn't have the DisplayFusion right-click menu?)
