Some of the icons on the taskbar duplicate themself when they are opened (instead of being merged like they are supposed to be)

As you can see in the image, Whatapp and Mail duplicate themself when opened, instead of merging, like Discord does

Any fix to this?

Any news concerning the taskbar icon duplication issue?
I have the same problem when I pin webpage links onto the taskbar - very buggy, very annoying.
