So I tried my best to look at existing form post but couldn't find anything.
All of a sudden all my borderless-fullscreen games will run with the taskbars (windows and display fusion) always on top of it. Both with and without displayfusion it is on top.
I noticed on some games (like space engineer) a work around included alt-win-x the screen till it is in the middle screen then change the resolution to 1920x1080 then back to 5960x1080, the taskbars would be gone, but randomly (maybe a background app getting focus) the taskbars would come back and I would have to repeat.
As you can imagine this gets extremely frustrating and it is just as annoying waiting through the black screen as the computer goes in and out of full screen. Any help here will be very appreciated.
If it's the Windows taskbar, and it happens even without DisplayFusion, I don't think there's anything we can do there. The only workaround that I could suggest is setting the Windows taskbar to auto-hide before starting the game. You could automate that with a Scripted Function and a Window Location rule too. Please let me know if you'd like an example.
Thanks!

I've been messing around with it for awhile, the only thing confusing me what the cause is, is that if lets say I get into a full screen boarderless game and the tasks bars aren't over the game, eventually they all end up being in front of it. Then all I do is alt-win-x the game 3 times to return it to the center and it repeats all over again.

@Uniform300: Does it show up for 3 seconds while you're playing the game? Or only when the game starts up?

Try going to task manager, select Windows Explorer and hit restart. It happens to me for other games and that fixes it.
