Hello,
since the recent updates, not sure 11.0 or 11.0.1 (I'm curently on 11.0.2) the custom icons of the shortcuts are kinda messed up. Looks like scaling issue. The icons are 256x256, tried *.ico, *.jpeg, *.png
I'm uploading a screenshot and examples of the icon files.

I was able to reproduce that here so I've added it to our list to look into.
