When you add program shortcuts to the bar and use them to open a program it makes a new icon in the taskbar. I can open a new window and it will group it with the other one just not the shortcut. Is there anyway to group the shortcut and the programs running together instead of having 2 sets?
[Edit] Also sometimes the taskbar on my second screen doesn't unhide itself (have it set on autohide). I have 2 windows maximized on that screen it unhides it self sometimes and then stops working. I shrink both windows and it begins working again.

I've added your vote to an open feature request we have for combining the shortcuts and running apps (pinning). I'll be sure to post an update when it's available.
As for the auto-hide issue, do you use font scaling in Windows?

I do not use font scaling.
I use windows 7 with the current stable version of display fusion.
Ok, when the taskbar won't come out of auto-hide, could you send me the info from the Troubleshooting tab? You can attach it here, or email it to support@displayfusion.com. Please note that I'll need the info to be copied while the taskbar is stuck in auto-hide.

Just a quick follow-up, we've made some changes for 3.5 Beta 8 that will hopefully fix up the taskbar not coming out of auto-hide. Could you give it a try when you have a chance?

Started doing the same thing again, taskbar not unhiding itself.

We had to pull Beta 9 do to some other issues, but Beta 10 is now available. Could you give it a try when you have a chance and let me know if you still run into any auto-hide issues?

So far beta 10 seems to have fixed the issue, been using it for a few days now.
