When the task bar(s) change color when changing between wallpapers, both tasks bars and open applications start flickering as well as the task bar icons and will make the system un-usable for a brief moment.
Everyone has their own values, don't shove them into people's faces.

Are you using the Aero Colour Mode option on the DisplayFusion Settings > Options tab? Or the option in the Windows Personalization Settings?

Shouldn't need to, no. If you exit DisplayFusion and setup Windows to rotate the wallpaper instead, does the flickering still occur?

No, it only occurs when DisplayFusion is turned on and the computer is under load (ram/disk wise)

Ok, strange! We haven't come across that before. Would you be able to capture a video of it happening? Maybe with a cell phone camera?
