Just as the title says, my third monitor shows no wallpaper, and will instantly sleep if I don't have an open window on it. Had this issue before which somehow fixed itself, but this time it won't seem to go away.

That's strange, I've never come across that issue before. If you exit DisplayFusion, does this still happen? It actually isn't technically possible for Windows to sleep only a specific monitor.

Exiting DisplayFusion made no change, but uninstalling fixed it upon reboot. Perhaps its not really going to sleep but I'll do my best to describe what was happening in more detail. When there are no open programs using that monitor space, it goes totally black. No taskbar, wallpaper, or cursor is shown. The only time the monitor "wakes" is when a window is placed on that screen. It really is an odd scenario.

That is really strange indeed! If you re-install DisplayFusion and it happens again, could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info when there's no window on that monitor, and another copy when there is a window on that monitor?
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
  • Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks!
