Thanks for letting us know about this! I've put it on our list, and we'll see what we can do to try and auto-detect those WebEx buttons. In the meantime, you can shift them over manually by using the TitleBar Buttons: Horizontal Offset option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window. Negative values will move them to the left.
