Title bar buttons appear shifted right in VS Code. See comparison pictures I attached. VS Code is 1.62.2. I will attach Troubleshooting in a subsequent reply to provide insights to my system.

Since VS Code is essential, this bug will likely force me to turn off betas. I hope this is quickly fixable.

You can use Compatibility to add a setting for VS Code that moves the normal and maximized TitleBar Buttons. The values are unfortunately not added to the original position but some type of modification of an absolute position. In any case, I have settings to move the buttons left on applications like Word that have extra titlebar gizmos next to the max/min buttons.

Hello,

As @NetMage mentioned, you can shift those to the left by adding the application to the Compatibility window, and adjusting the titlebar position.

Thanks!

@owen @netmage: Thanks!

While a horizontal -25 is an acceptable workaround, compatibility for the ubiquitous VS Code seems to have been built-in and worked until beta 7. If so, I think it needs to be fixed.

We don't have anything built into DisplayFusion, but it's definitely something we could look into. I've added it to our feature request list, so we'll be sure to let you know if it's something we add in.

Thanks!

Our latest beta should include an adjustment for VS code windows. Please let me know if you run into any troubles after updating.

Thanks!

Thank you! It renders properly and I can move VS Code using the caption bar. You can close this issue.

:)
