The Title Bar buttons seem to be very active in 7.2 beta 7. I have seen them appear on a dialog, then move around to four different positions, migrating every few seconds, then stabilize. I have also seen them switch between two different positions more or less continuously.
It has happened on dialogs from CorelDRAW and the alarms window from Outlook 2013. Most of my applications are maximized and it doesn't seem to happen then.
Attached is a sample from cmd.exe and one from Corel Draw. The buttons also move horizontally.

Here are the logs. The buttons moved up and down every second or so.
Edit: Forget to mention the time was 16:27 when I opened the cmd window.

Sorry for the delayed response on this! There didn't seem to be any indication in the logs that anything was amiss, so I think we may need to add more logging to get some more info here. I'll keep you posted as soon as we have more news.

Ok, could you try the latest 7.2 Beta, and set the logging to L2 and attach a new log?

This no longer seems to be happening in 7.2 beta 8? I will keep you posted.
