Hello,
Is there a way to change the % of transparency for the "Window Transparency" title button?
And is there a way to change the % for the "Move Window to center of monitor and size to 75%" title button?

Absolutely! You just need to create a custom HotKey, then you can bind that HotKey to a TitleBar Button:
