Hi all, I have a specific issue that I'm trying to remedy.

I have a windows 10 machine with a 4k monitor and I need to run Citrix which is needed for hospital electronic records access. From what I understand, right now citrix doesn't support 4k resolution so when I log in, it looks very small.

When I change the display settings to full 1920x1080 it works properly, but toggling back and forth via display fusion,... it seems that the scaling isn't being maintained.

Does anyone have an easy to use solution for this particular issue?

Thank you,

-H

To clarify, when you're at 4K resolution, your scaling level is higher than 100%, and you're looking to have DisplayFusion switch the screen resolution and scaling levels?

Yes Keith, its with 3840x2160 Scaling to 200% and 1920x1080 scaled to 100%. Trying to find a good way to toggle back and forth between these two settings. Is that possible?

At the moment DisplayFusion doesn't save the scaling level with Monitor Profiles, but it's something we're planning to add in a future version. I've added your vote to the feature request and we'll be sure to let you know when that's been implemented.

Thanks!

It's been a long time coming, but we've finally added the ability to set the monitor scaling level in DisplayFusion's Monitor Configuration and Monitor Profiles. This is available in the latest beta version, here: https://www.displayfusion.com/download/beta

Thanks!
