I use the larger mouse cursors in Windows 10, and I find them to get in the way of ToolTips. Is there are a way to change the tooltip display offset or force ToolTips to display above the mouse cursor? I've increased the tooltip font in Windows and have started using the inverted mouse cursor as temporary fix.
What size do you have the mouse cursor set to in the Windows settings? We'll do some testing here and see if there's anything we can do.
