We are using three monitors for our business. We have one app that is a touch screen app for visitors on the 3rd monitor out front. Unfortunately, after a reboot or startup, this touch screen app will always open on the main desktop after executing it. I'm hoping DisplayFusion can resolve this but I have reservations because this touchscreen app does not appear to be a normal window; so I'm not sure how DisplayFusion will react to it, if at all.
The touch screen app will only open to full screen. You cannot minimize it, nor change its size, hell you can't even drag it, which is another pain because it then makes it difficult to get the app on the 3rd monitor. Luckily, I have figured out a way to get it there. I first have to drag the shortcut icon to the 3rd monitor, then open it. Yet, every time after a reboot or startup, the icon is back on the main desktop.
I will install the trial version and test it, but before I do, I was hoping to save time and frustration if you guys might already be familiar with such touch screen apps and can tell me what to expect or offer any suggestions.
Thank you!
When that full screen window is open, and DisplayFusion is running, if you press Ctrl + Win + X, or Win + Shift + Left or Right Arrow, does it move?
