The DF taskbar is trying to render the nice green fillup for the file transfer progress, however with two running side by side, the taskbar tries rendering both and flashes between the two, which is inconsistent from the w7 taskbar.
Good catch! It looks like the Windows taskbar shows only the progress for the most recently started transfer. I'll add this to our list.
