Hello, I'm trying to create a trigger to move the cmd window to a second monitor automatically and it isn't working. Would appreciate your help.

If you change the Event to "Window Created", and then remove the Monitor Profile match condition, along with the delay, does that work?

Strange it seems to be working here, if you manually launch DisplayFusion as administrator and then try it, does it work?
