Hi,

I would like to perform an action when a program is restored from the system tray. Ex: double click Steam to open from tray and move it to second monitor.

Is there a way to do this currently? I tried using the Window Restored event trigger but it only seems to register if a window is restored from the taskbar.

I would like to avoid using the Window Focused trigger as this will trigger multiple times if I am working in a window and switching back and fourth between it.
