Hello guys,
is it possible to create a rule without conditions or use wildcards like asterisk to match every window that is created, for example? It will be a lot easier than creating a rule for every single app that is misbehaving (opens windows all over the place).

Yep you can use an asterisks as a wild card. Using *.* in the "Process Filename" field will fire off any window.
