Managing a lot of triggers currently is a chore since the list is very not user friendly and not being able resize window doesn't help...
So when we want find a needed trigger, we have to open each one, but once that window is closed with cancel button, the whole list gets reset to it's default view: columns width reset and it scrolls up. This makes it very difficult track where you were.

Unfortunately, that list view is resized automatically, so we can't save its position. Is there something you would like to see in the list so you don't have to open each trigger individually?

Why would it resize automatically for no reason? On cancel nothing is being changed in the list. Even if it "resizes automatically" if user changed column size - it can be saved then and restored upon initialization.
Since there is no labels for triggers, there is no easy way identify which trigger does what. So, ability view it's content without opening it would be nice.
