Hi, I created a trigger so that my MS Teams app allways opens in one of my monitors and maximizes. I have tested it multiple times but haven't been able ot make it work, please help.

Hello,
Teams is a bit tricky because it sits in your system tray and re-uses window handles, so using the "Window Created" event will only fire the very first time Teams opens. You can try using the "Window Focused" trigger instead, and see if that works.
You can also try disabling your "Monitor Profile" match condition, so it's just matching on the "Process Filename".
