Ever since the last Windows update, my trigger will not work. I want Discord to launch to monitor 3. It had been working up until sometime last week.

I found a solution. Manually filling out the target would not work. I had to hit applications, and Discord was showing up there now. Once I used that, it started working. The manual setting did not.
Discord stores its program files in a directory with the version number, so any time it updates, the rule will probably break again. Instead of using the full path, you can do this so that it matches Discord regardless of what folder it's in:
*Discord.exe
