I have a three monitor setup, a HP 860 G8 laptop and two other monitors. The laptop is connected to the monitors via a hub with a cable using a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port.
These are the things I do:
1) power off at night (unusual), disconnect from hub - THEN power up my laptop in the morning and connect to the hub
2) Lock my laptop at night while it's still connected to the monitors, unplug from hub - THEN awaken it in the morning (with power button) and connect the the hub
3) walk away from my desk with everything on (attached to the hub), my computer goes to sleep - THEN I wiggle my mouse and sign back in
4) Remove cable for hub from laptop (to take it to a meeting) AND THEN plug the cable back in when I return
I have triggers set up (see screen shot):
A) At 30 sec intervals: save Window Positions
B) When Display Fusion Starts (When PC is turned on) = 1 above: Load Monitor Profile 't1'
C) When Destop is Unlocked = 2 above: Restore Window Positions from last save plus open and position various programs
D) When System Wakes from Sleep - 3 above: I need to create a trigger for this that does same thing as C.
E) When Monitor Profile is Changed (When I reconnect to Hub) = 4 above: does same thing as C
1) Are the triggers above using the correct "Event" so that the reaction is to the action as I describe above
2) Problem is that I cannot click on "Stop processing triggers if this one matches" (it is grayed out), so it loops through several triggers everytime I reconnect my laptop
3) Each monitor has it's own taskbar. Monitor 1 is my laptop. Monitor 2 is my "Main" monitor. So every morning I pull the windows task bar to the Laptop so that the taskbar for Monitor 2 shows on that main monitor. When I reconnect laptop to monitors and it is looping through the triggers, my customized task bar is showing part way through but then the windows task bar shows up and I have to drag it to the laptop again, but sometimes the customized tool bar for main monitor stays. Is the task bar saved with the Windows Positions by any chance? Any suggestions?
Thank you so much in advance for any help you can provide. I also uploaded my exported settings. Please let me know if you need additional info from me.
Best,

You may be able to get by without C and D. It's likely that the monitors are seen by Windows as "disconnected" in all of your scenarios (except scenario 1, that's handled by your B Trigger), including the lock/unlock, and the sleep/wake. I would try with just you A,B, and E triggers and see how that goes.
As for the taskbar, DisplayFusion doesn't save or restore the position of the Windows taskbar (it actually can't). Windows is a bit funky sometimes with where it puts the taskbar but the only thing you can do is just drag it back to where you want it to be unfortunately.
