Is there a way to troubleshoot or diagnose performance issues?

My Log is set to L0 (to help performance), however there is a lot of data on the Troubleshooting screen.

For about 1-2 weeks, my DP has been giving me a noticeable delay when using TitleBar Buttons (it's equal for all of them - I timed it to about 2/3 of a second - not long, but very noticeable compared to the almost instant reaction that it once was and how MS Windows Titlebar Buttons react). The PC has pretty good specs, I am wondering if there is a way to fix this or perhaps revert to an earlier version (I'm not sure if that' correlated however although it was updated recently).
