Window Management -> "Allow the mouse wheel to scroll windows under the mouse cursor that are not in focus" IS checked.
Two monitors (different resolutions, if that matter (1920x1080 and 1600x900))
The functionality of being able to scroll in windows regardless of if I have clicked or not DOES NOT WORK across the monitors. Unfocused scroll will work on individual monitor once I click there but when I move my cursor to the other monitor (either one) without clicking anywhere on that other monitor, I lose the unfocused scroll capability.
Is there way to make this work? If not currently, I would love to have this feature added. Thank you.

It seems to have happened recently after I was switched monitors at work by our Supply SA. The main screen went from a 22" Dell (not sure model; gone so can't check) to a 24" Dell (P2414H). Same connection (DVI) and same powercord/usb hook-up, just new monitor. No changes to DisplayFusion so no idea why that would affect things.

I have rebooted a few times in the course of today and past. Sometimes it comes back 100% A-Ok. Other times, it's back to no functionality across monitors. It is a laptop that goes on and off a docking station regularly so I'm thinking that has a lot to do with it. I have also noticed that resolution changes going on and off (the dock) that don't auto-pick the proper resolution (example. 1920x1080 ON the dock with external screen, 1360x768 OFF (on internal laptop monitor) when it should be 1366x768; have to change resolution back up manually after removing from dock). Beta software doesn't go over well with management so 8.0 probably isn't a possibility right now. Even just getting the base program installed since it was a personal software request was difficult. I know that isn't your issue at all and appreciate your assistance. I think if I have issues with the dock, I'll just have to set the resolution proper and reboot it until it works. I'm sure this is a very small use-case issue where not many folks would see similar problems so I'm not looking for ground-breaking re-work just to fix my singular issue, just wanted to see if I was the only one or if there was a quick fix. Thank you very much for working with me!
