The new feature that allows you to scroll unfocused windows when the mouse is over them isn't working for me. Even worse, the change now causes additional annoyance where if I open a new window, I can't scroll through the newly opened window unless the mouse is moved over it, even when this new feature is turned off.
So in Beta 6, regardless if the feature is turned on or off, I can only scroll through a window if it is BOTH the active window and my mouse cursor is currently over it. This is a step back from the default where I can just open a window and immediately use the scroll wheel to scroll through the newly opened window without moving the mouse.
