This is what I mean. They come up all the time. -_-

I think I am using the Windows Taskbar rn. I switched to it because I thought the DF taskbar was the problem. But it's still doing it.

Note, I have not opened Weather, Calculator, or News, since the last reboot. So I have no idea why they would suddenly show up.

Dunno why, but apparently using https links to images on imgur didn't work. Weird.
Anyway, I updated the pic so you can see what I mean.

Does anyone have any ideas? It's so annoying..
