I just updated to beta 2 and it wouldn't start so I tried to start it manually but it always disappears. Any way to revert to beta 1? I can't seem to find a link to the beta 1 download.

Oh also this is on Windows XP SP3

I have rolled-back to Beta 1 until we can figure this issue out:
http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/

If any of you can help us troubleshoot this issue before you rollback it would be much appreciated! Just install Beta 2 from here:
http://www.binaryfortress.com/Files/DisplayFusionSetup-3.4.1-Beta2.exe

Next, use regedit to set HKEY_CURRENT_User\Software\Binary Fortress Software\DisplayFusion\LogDebug to a value of 1. Then try launching DisplayFusion. If it fails, it should generate a log file here:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log
or
%APPDATA%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log

Can you please post this log here so we can see what is failing? Thanks for your help! :)

Also, what anti-virus/anti-malware/firewall/system protection are you using?

I have put together a new test build, can you please download this and give it a try:
http://www.binaryfortress.com/Files/DisplayFusionSetup-3.4.1-Beta3.exe

Thanks a ton for the log file, it helped to narrow down the issue quite a bit. I'm interested to see if Beta 3 will work for you. Thanks! :)

Test build installed and is running fine on Win 7 SP1 x86 and x64 Professional. Rebooted systems following installation and DF started properly.

Looks like it's working; at least it launches. I can't fully test it until tomorrow because someone is borrowing my XP machine and they're only using 1 monitor but I don't show any issues from 1 monitor remote desktop.

And it's no problem to send a log, that's what BETA is all about.

Thanks for following-up so quickly, I've just released Beta 3 publicly. It's the same build as the test version here, so you can continue using it. Let me know if you run into any more issues like this with Beta 3. Thanks! :)

Ok, rolled back to beta 2. Attached the logfile. Updated to beta 3, runs correctly without incident.
