Jon,
Installed the newest beta on Windows XP SP3. It crashes rapidly when I run it. I've zipped a log file; don't know if I can get it to run long enough to get more info, but I can try.
Is there an ini file I can modify?
Regards,
-Robert

Increased the debug logging to highest detail. It stayed up a few minutes. Looks like the crash happened in some hit testing.
Here is the log running up to the crash.

Hi, I am also getting this problem, I'm not 100% certain but it appears like the application isn't crashing but the taskbar instances are being recycled repeatedly. I have attached a debug log of opening the app, letting it "crash" a few times and closing the app.
It seems that the following is repeated in the log each the time the taskbar closes

This didn't happen with 4.0.0, it started when I updated to beta 2 (I think it was beta 2)

Okay, folks, it's Tuesday and I posted a crash bug on Friday... Guess we're on vacation?
DF is unusable in beta 3. I'm reverting to the last non-beta. Can't guarantee that I can help out, now. Good luck with squashing the bug. I'll load a beta after you've addressed it.
