My Windows 7 machine on the secondary monitor kept having issues with refreshing apps UI. For example when I switch to Outlook only parts of Outlook's UI would show up and parts of the previous app's UI show up. I had to switch between the two apps as a way to make Outlook show completely.

This was very annoying and I didn't know what was causing it. I thought it was the gfx driver and reinstalling the latest version didn't help.

When I uninstalled DisplayFusion and installed another multi monitor app, the problem went away.
I was using the function in DisplayFusion which remembers the positions of opened windows.

Which Windows theme do you have enabled on your machine? Is it Windows Aero, Aero Basic, or Classic?

Windows 7 Basic. I don't like Aero and it takes more resources.

Ok, the issue you were running into is usually caused by having the taskbar window Previews enabled, which aren't technically supported in Aero Basic. If you set the Taskbar Preview Mode on the Settings > Taskbar to one of the "Previews Disabled" options, you shouldn't run into this issue any more :)

Hope that helps!

I reinstalled it and now the app works in standard mode only.
