I have around different apps running (some have many sessions such as browsers)
I only use the multi monitor taskbar function. When I have lots open and go to click on a taskbar app to bring it up... it will take a long time.. like 7 seconds.. and I end up clicking twice since I think I missed it.. when it catches up it goes to full screen (in that monitor) then minimizes again (since I clicked twice)
Had to uninstall ... since I can't wait 7+ seconds for an app to come up..
Has anyone else seen this behavior ?
after I uninstall the HUGE toolbar on my primary monitor works very quickly...
8GB of ram FREE... 80% CPU free.. set process to high priority.

Suggestions?

I just released a new beta a few hours ago that has some significant performance improvements for the taskbar. Can you download it and give it a try:

I would be very interested to hear if it takes care of your performance issues. Thanks! :)

So far it is faster.. but I have about 1/10th the apps running.. when it loads up I will let you know... but it seems like progress...

Do you have anything in the hopper for using a shortcut key to move windows between monitors? It would be very helpful if I pressed the WINDOWS Key + right or left arrow to move the window to the next monitor... UP and DOWN would be a plus to... just a thought for an enhancement..

I will get back to you with the performance once I get loaded up.. I had to reboot so I am starting from scratch..

There are already HotKeys in DisplayFusion for moving windows to the next or previous monitor. There HotKeys can also be assigned to a TitleBar Button for quick mouse access as well. The next version (3.1.8) will also include a "Move to monitor #x" for moving to a specific monitor. I hope these HotKeys are what you are looking for. :) As for the slow performance, please follow-up if you experience the issue again while running one of the betas (not the 3.1.7 public release). Thanks!
