I can't get my video background to work, i just have a black background
I have tried updating Windows, Drivers, Display fusion.
I use Windows 11
The videos are AVI file format so there are no codec issues
What do i do?

Thanks for sending that over. We support AVI images for the "My Images" source, but we don't support videos unfortunately.

What video formats do you support?
We support things like Gif, MP4, WMV, etc. MP4 seems to work the best with the Klite codec we recommend though.
