You mean something like this http://www.thinkinbytes.com/en/products/cubedesktop/ ? If so then I'm not sure if I'd like it to be part of DisplayFusion as it might be (IMO) a feature that is just "too much" for a lightweight and simple program as DF already is.
For about 4 or 5 years I bought a CubeDesktop license and only used it for the first few months, after that I never used it again as those virtual desktops were just too annoying for me to use. I never felt they were improving my productivity or user experience like multiple monitors with DF does.
