When you hover over an item in the jump list for visual studio 2013 on the standard windows task bar on Windows 8.1, it shows the file name then the path in parentheses. For example if the entry showed as "Projects.sln" it would show as "Projects (c:\src)".

DisplayFusion just shows the full filename so for the example above, it would show "Projects.sln" in the tool tip.
