Until Keith jumps in with his expertise this is what I did.
Add your default player to Volume2's application list then select Application List in the settings menu.
Open your default player and drag it to your secondary screen.
Now you still have to use the main taskbar but you can alter the volume of your player. If you want the volume window to appear on the second monitor, click on the second monitors taskbar then slide your mouse pointer back onto the main taskbar and scroll as per normal.
Thanks for the response Alan,
I was hoping to be able to control the system volume on the 2nd monitor just like I can on the primary monitor - its not a big issue as I only have 2x24" 1080p displays but I figured I'd ask and see if there was something within DF that would accommodate hooking into the app from the other screen through the taskbar.
When Keith comes onto the board he will possibly have a better solution. The method I wrote is just what I use.
Not sure if we'll be able to make this work, but I've added it to our list and we'll certainly check it out.
Thanks!
Is there something in DisplayFusion that does not change that could be leveraged by Volume2 ?
I noticed in the Troubleshooting that there is a Notify GUID: xxxxxxx but this changes also each relaunch.
