Hi,
I do realize it might just be a very small portion of the user who uses WACOM tablet and maybe even fewer who have the same issue.

So in Wacoms control panel I map the tablet area to Monitor 1 under the setting "Screen Area".
But every time Displayfusion closes or starts this setting is reset to 'full'.

While not a big problem, it just make it feels a bit less sleek when having to set this setting every time the computer starts up.

And I don't know if this is a WACOM problem or a Displayfusion issue. But in the past I haven't had this problem with other "multi monitor" programs.

I have:
Windows 7
Displayfusion pro v6.0
Wacom Control Panel and drivers v6.3.7-6
Wacom intuos 5 touch

We've got a WACOM tablet here, so we'll test this out and see if there's anything we can do to fix it up :)

Thanks!

Great!
Just to make it extra clear, I attached a screenshot.
The red circle is the option that keeps getting reset to "full" when DF starts or closes.

Unfortunately our Wacom tablet doesn't seem to have that option in the settings :(

If you disable the Multi-Monitor Taskbar (Settings > Taskbar tab), then test this again, does the settings still get reset?
